C-> Factor VIII

All coagulation factors are produced in the liver except for von Willebrand's factor, which is produced in endothelial cells. Von Willebrand's factor is a major source of factor VIII

Factor VIII is a glycoprotein procofactor synthesized and released into the bloodstream by the endothelium.

In the circulating blood, it is mainly bound to von Willebrand factor (vWF, also known as Factor VIII-related antigen) to form a stable complex.
