First question is not complete i think . Because nursing bottle caries is due to prolong exposure to milk. eventhoug milk with additve sweetener is more risk but time is the most contributed factor.
I dont understand question 2. Can u explain a little more details. tHANKS!

for the second question it is 2nd choice...
it is improper feedind habit coupled with susceptibility
appropriate termino;ogy would be early child hood caries
